Looking for a delicious, yet healthy mocktail (or cocktail) that packs a punch? Try making this easy Spicy Mocktail, using Well Crafted Recovery juice tonic as the base. This vibrant drink combines the health benefits of turmeric, ginger, and apple cider vinegar with a refreshing and flavorful citrus base. With a touch of heat from jalapeño pepper and a savory salt rim. This mocktail is sure to satisfy your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Well Crafted Juice Tonic Recovery (adjust to taste)
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper sliced (adjust to desired heat level) 
  • 1 ounce sparkling water (optional)
  • Salt Mix: ½ ounce turmeric, ½ ounce chili powder, 2 ounces coarse salt
  • For cocktail: 1.5 ounces tequila
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Create a salt rim: Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Dip the rim in the salt mix.
  2. Muddle the jalapeño: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the jalapeño slices to release its heat and flavor.
  3. Add ingredients: Add the Recovery juice tonic, lime juice, jalapeño, and a pinch of salt mix to the shaker.
  4. Fill with ice: Fill the shaker with ice.
  5. Shake vigorously: Shake the shaker vigorously for about 30 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the drink.
  6. Strain and serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  7. Optional: If desired, add 1.5 ounces of tequila for a more potent cocktail and or 1 ounce sparkling water.
